Serve this dip with the usual tortilla chips or spread on bread for a quick, veggie-packed snack.

How to Make Avocado Potato Dip


Makes about 10 servings:
1 avocado, mashed
1 medium potato, peeled, cubed and boiled until soft
½ cup tomato, diced (about ½ large tomato)
½ tsp salt
1 T lemon juice
Step 1:

Mash together the avocado and potato

Step 2:

Add tomato, salt and lemon juice and stir to combine
