Preschool Snack Menu

Plan a preschool snack menu to help your students get through the day. It's a good idea to serve foods from at least two food groups for the snack. Set out the plates and snacks and get ready to teach your preschoolers about food preparation, table manners and healthy eating!

Week 1

Monday - cottage cheese and grapes
Tuesday - hummus and whole wheat bread roll-ups
Wednesday - cucumber slices and yogurt
Thursday - bananas and nut butter spread
Friday - oatmeal cookies and apple slices

Week 2

Monday - berries and cheddar cheese cubes
Tuesday - tortilla chips and refried bean dip or guacamole
Wednesday - sugar snap peas and yogurt
Thursday - whole grain crackers and nut butter
Friday - whole grain fruit muffins

Week 3

Monday - yogurt and berries
Tuesday - mini hard boiled egg sandwiches
Wednesday - cherry tomatoes and cheddar cheese
Thursday -  melon and yogurt
Friday - whole grain granola snacks and bananas
